義大犀牛在中職總冠軍戰第4場，配合戰術與小球，順利引發中信兄弟守備失誤，總教練葉君璋也認為是首席教練劉榮華的戰術運用得宜。
劉榮華表示：「其實戰術多少是有，但主要是經過葉總同意，讓球員放手去做，尤其是二人出局後，這些都是球員自行判斷去做的。」
義大昨天在7局下狂拿7分，其中林威廷與林琨笙分別點出內野安打，也讓三壘手蔣智賢有些失誤狀況發生。
劉榮華認為，經過這幾場，球員都學習很快，馬上把狀況調整好，尤其是不少球員如林威廷、李宗賢等成長速度也超乎想像。
此外，義大也積極培養不少年輕好手，劉榮華也點出，申皓瑋、陳仕朋等球員也被帶在一軍，就是要好好觀察這種比賽要怎樣應付，還希望他們能夠快速累積經驗。
